Securing the Pirelli World Challenge SprintX GT Pro/Am Championship a few weeks ago in Utah, Parker Chase, driver of the #19 Vertical Bridge / New Braunfels Convention and Visitors Bureau / ProBalance Protein Water / Music Movement / eRaceAutism.com Audi R8 GT3 LMS will be forced to miss the final event weekend of 2018.
“It is disappointing to miss an event any time of the year but family comes first,” explained Chase. “We had a death in the family and made the tough decision to not attend the season finale at Watkins.”
Chase continued, “I would like to thank family, friends and everyone that has expressed their support. Our partners are supportive of our decision and for that we thank them. There are quite a few off-season events this year, so we will be back at the track soon.”
